முன் உண்ட உணவு செரித்துவிட்டால், பின் வேண்டிய அளவு அறிந்து உண்ணவேண்டும், அதுவே உடம்பு பெற்றவன் அதை நெடுங்காலம் செலுத்தும் வழியாகும்.
முன்பு உண்டது சீரணமாகிவிட்டது தெரிந்தால், அடுத்து உண்பதைத் தேவையான அளவு அறிந்து உண்க; அப்படி அளவாக உண்பதே இந்த உடம்பைப் பெற்றவன் அதை நெடுங்காலம் கொண்டு செல்லும் வழி.
உண்ட உணவு செரித்ததையும், உண்ணும் உணவின் அளவையும் அறிந்து உண்பது நீண்ட நாள் வாழ்வதற்கு வழியாகும்
